Customers can cancel the Orders, Quote and Vector within two hours and we will cancel orders without any charging.
Umbrella Punching will send the invoice to the customer when order has been completed and delivered. Orders will be billed as quoted price or, if quote not requested by customer, based on stitch count as mentioned above, or as per discussion with Sales Agent. Special pricing may be given for volume orders. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover as payments. If terms are needed, please call us on our TOLL FREE.

All Orders, Quote and Vector placed at Umbrella Punching will be delivered via email and uploaded on the website panel. We produce custom patches and deliver at customers address within 10 to 12 working days.
If physical delivery is requested, air or ground courier will be used. Delivery charges will be added to the customer’s bill.
